Early morning pickup from your hotel in Arusha or Moshi. Short scenic drive to the park gate (about 45 minutes from Arusha).
Begin a morning game drive through forest and open plains.
Wildlife commonly seen: Giraffes, Zebras, Buffalo WarthogsBlue monkeys, Black-and-white colobus monkeys
You will also enjoy stunning views of Mount Meru, Tanzania’s second-highest mountain.
Stop at the viewpoint overlooking Ngurdoto Crater, often called “Little Ngorongoro.”

One of the unique activities in Arusha National Park is a canoe safari on the Momella Lakes.
