From Karatu or Arusha with a packed breakfast and Drive through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Stop at a scenic viewpoint for sunrise over the crate
Your safari vehicle descends 600 meters down the crater wall because Morning is the best time to see predators hunting. Likely wildlife sightings: Lions, Hyenas, Wildebeest, Zebras, Gazelles.
Explore the crater floor with your guide, Common wildlife areas: Lerai Forest with elephants and monkeys, Gorigor Swamp with hippos and lions. Open plains zebras and wildebeest.
